Poured into a tumbler glass, a perfect two fingers width of creamy foam settles and sits on the surface for a good while, and an ever present skim on the surface that lasted for the duration of the glass. Sea spray lace patterns wedged in between concentric rings of foam that materialize after each sip.

Tangerine, citrus forward with some light pale malt in the middle. Woody hop element with some sweet herbals that reminded me of tarragon.

Citrus peel, punchy bitter lemon and grapefruit peels. Smooth feel, moderate bitterness, ample hop character. Light bodied, about on par with Daisy Cutter, maybe a little softer. Honey in the aftertaste. If this was year round instead of Daisy Cutter it would be a new staple beer. Although it's yet another riff on Half Acre's many similar IPA variations, it's an excellent one that is seemingly flawless overall and extremely drinkable.

Straight from the taproom. I've had a very similar beer before. Societe's Pupil. Big fan of that beer. Honestly, bigger fan of this beer, by a hair. But I'd drink both all day if I could.

This one carries more of the Nelson. Probably explains my preference. Great beer. Great beer! Can't wait for can.

Edited: Ordered another pint at a local bar and it was far from the same beer. Bartender promised she poured the right beer. Night and day from the tap room. Can see why (perhaps) this is so low rated. So different from the tap room.

Golden pour, medium head
Small to medium amount of hop aroma
Taste was very balanced hops/malts.
A very easy beer to take down, this was a 16oz can and it went down easy.

A great midwest IPA

Poured into a 13 oz Weyerbacher tulip glass canned on 4/20/16. Pours a very cloudy dark yellow, with a 2 finger fluffy white head that leaves loads of lace behind.

Smell is mango, passion fruit, tangerine, pine, and grapefruit.

Taste follows with an explosion of tropical fruit upfront, and gently tosses in some pine and grapefruit very tasty.

Mouthfeel is medium, moderate carbonation, maybe a little dry, and it is hard to put it down it drinks so easy.

Overall this thing is really awesome, wow thanks @jzeilinger for this one.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a 1 finger head that dissipates quickly. Leaves a nice lacing on the glass. It is all tropical on the nose. Citrus, pineapple, resin. The taste is much the same. A pleasant fusion of all the tropical notes. Made me feel like I was on the beach. A great offering from a Great brewery.

16 oz can poured into nonic pint no date

A: fine light orange and gold color with a touch of haze and a small very bubbly head looks like good carbonation

S: peppery and Earthy nose light cracker malts some juicy citrus notes

T: lots of nice citrus notes almost bordering on pineapple very smooth a little touch of malts to balance out the citrus

M: medium feel very clean on the finish crisp

O: This is another very easy drinking beer from Half Acre nice citrusness to it but with a very clean finish. Beer reminds me a little of MBC Another One which is a great beer. The beer advertises its bitterness but I don't think its bitter at all.
