Poured into a tumbler glass, a perfect two fingers width of creamy foam settles and sits on the surface for a good while, and an ever present skim on the surface that lasted for the duration of the glass. Sea spray lace patterns wedged in between concentric rings of foam that materialize after each sip.
Tangerine, citrus forward with some light pale malt in the middle. Woody hop element with some sweet herbals that reminded me of tarragon.
Citrus peel, punchy bitter lemon and grapefruit peels. Smooth feel, moderate bitterness, ample hop character. Light bodied, about on par with Daisy Cutter, maybe a little softer. Honey in the aftertaste. If this was year round instead of Daisy Cutter it would be a new staple beer. Although it's yet another riff on Half Acre's many similar IPA variations, it's an excellent one that is seemingly flawless overall and extremely drinkable.

Poured out of bottle, nice burnt orange, sunset color. 1 finger of a super tight, bright white head. Looks really good.
Smells really dank. Lots of pine and tropical fruits. Not really detecting much malt.
Tastes much more tropical than I thought. Very nice malt backbone that really balances the beer nicely.
Finished try, really wants to me take another sip right after. Slightly under carbed, but I didn't really miss it. Medium body. Really easy drinking. Good beer.

650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Pale orange body. Small white head. Settles to a thin collar.
Smell - Very pungent. Heavy grapefruit. Some grassy and herbal notes. Cracker malt.
Taste - Grapefruit. More of an emphasis on the pine and herbal hops. A hint of doughy sweet malts, but again it's mostly cracker. Intensely bitter. Lingering pithy grapefruit hop flavor.
Mouthfeel - Extremely bitter. Medium body.
Overall - Well, it's advertised as brash, and it is. Harsh bitterness, but I don't mind it.
