Poured from can into a Duvel by Parra chalice.
A: Pours a beautiful clear, golden straw color with over a finger of fluffy white head that eventually fades into a nice sheet at the top of the glass.
S: Lemon peel, resin-y pine, faint grapefruit, and that unmistakeable Half Acre maltiness.
T: Follows the nose, though much more pine presence than citrus. In fact, I'm not picking up much citrus at all. Crackery malt in the mid with a crisp, bitter, dry finish.
M: Medium bodied with ample levels of carbonation; quite refreshing.
O: A fantastic collaboration between Half Acre and Mikkeller, and probably one of the better non-staple beers Half Acre has churned out. Very solid for the warmer months, as this is quite refreshing.
