Enjoyed on tap at the brewery, out of the cask with extra citra hops added (Gnarled Winslow) and out of the bottle. This review is of the bottle version.
A: Pours a hazy orange color with a one finger height of white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thicker collar that leaves some sticky sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Pure citra hop up front. Some nice grapefruit, lemon and orange flesh character. The Vienna malt comes through with a nice grain bread sweetness. Great balance between the two with the Citra really being showcased.
T: Again, the balance between the two is there and it's really nice. Sweet cereal grain Vienna malt with a nice balance of orange flesh and light grass from the Citra. Mild lemony bitterness in the periphery as well.
M: Light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Finish is sweet and citrusy.
O: Really nice balance of hops and malt. Simple and clean with a little more emphasis on the Citra which was a nice. Another drink and refreshing IPA from Half Acre, color me surprised.

On-tap at Half Acre on numerous occasions. Also had a few bottles. Served in a pint glass.
A - White foam settles to a partial cap, thick collar, and splotches of lace. Hazy, darker orange body.
S - Big onion and orange peel; no surprise for an all Citra beer. This year's crop seems unusually chive-heavy and dank. Vienna malt imparts dry, crackery, and bread crust malt flavors and minimal sweetness. Very West Coast vibe here - love it!
T - Surprising bitterness here, as Citra is generally pretty low in IBUs. Some citrus flesh sweetness, but heavy on grapefruit peel and dank, onion, and chive flavors. Again, minimal malt sweetness; the malt character is evocative of Saltines actually. Bitterness is a bit palate fatiguing, but on the whole this is a nice IPA.
M - Very dry, with a sufficiently hefty medium body. Pleasant carbonation and oodles of lingering oils. No alcohol. Just what I like from this style.
D - A real West Coast palate bruiser, with unexpected bitterness for Half Acre and for Citra hops. Love the dry, clean malt bill; will have to re-evaluate the efficacy of Vienna malts in SMaSH beers after this one. Very much in Half Acre's wheelhouse, and a very Pizza Port-esque Midwestian IPA.

Thanks to Robbie for this bottle!
Poured in to Half Acre pint glass.
A - Poured a cloudy opaque bright orange with a thin layer of white head.
S - Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas dominate the nose. Tangerine, peach, pineapple and papaya notes specifically come through. A slight honey malt sweetness is also present.
T - Crisp bitterness up front that is nicely balanced by a caramel sweetness that provides a perfect malt backbone for the hop base while still letting the hops shine. Fresh tangerine, pineapple, mango and peach notes are present along with a slight pine presence.
M - Medium body. Some nice sticky hop oils. Light carbonation.
