I live closer to the Ft. Lauderdale location, but this one is superior. They have a huge beer selection and their prices are reasonable. I know that they get Hopslam during the season and they get a bunch of limited Cigar City releases. Just like other locations, the staff is completely incompetent and much more versed in wine. Definitely my favorite beer store, it's just 30 mins away from me. Highly recommended, but don't ask the employees for help unless you literally don't know anything about beer.

Typical total wine - great selection, gotta really check the dates in the singles section. Regardless its your best bet for craft beer and imports in the area.

I was there for their craft beer selection. All I can say is 'Wow!'

This TW is easily a half to full size larger than my "home" store. And with the craft beer selection it showed. They not only had brewers i had never seen in my home store, but multiple offerings from that brewer. I haven't had such a tough time choosing beer at a TW in quite some time. Though I had s tough time deciding I had a blast looking around. The beer selection is not only good on the singles or sixers but the 12-packs as well. This was truly a special experience. I can't wait to come back and visit to drop in once more.

The only nit on the place was the overall friendliness of the staff. Certainly not at the quality of my home store but then again, this is the big, bad city, where I guess folks are a bit more grumpier.

I also go to Sawgrass wine and Liquor and the prices have some times almost a $5 difference. example: in sawgras: the 4 pack of Delirium Tremmens is $21 + change with the tax. Total wine has the same item for $16.99 + tax

I don't care if they don't know their items. I have beer advocate for that :). I really don't ask for help. so I give them 5 points in service because they let me browse and browse, and browse, and they don't get in my way.

The selection could be better (but I think that's just me) because their beer section is 3 aisles of nice beers.

Note: They don't have Damnation by Russian River Brewing Company, and I really wanna try it.

In the 33027 area code is the only and best option for your beer. (if you respect beer as I do),
Nonetheless I give their selection a 3.75 because it could carry more of the beers rated over 90 points. By the way their wine selection is very, very, BERRY good. (Yes Berry!)

:)

This store will definitely be my “go-to” store when I travel to this side of FL on business or pleasure. Like the other ones, this location is a big box warehouse store, featuring a huge selection of wine. But, it also has one of the best beer selections I’ve seen in nearly any store.

Several “featured” selections are on end caps from the front of the store to the back left area where the craft beer is kept so keep your eyes open as you wander back. An excellent selection of singles are available for making your own six-pack, including several canned brews. Big selection of craft and imports overall, and a nice shelf for seasonal brews and cases of craft offerings.

I didn’t ask for help, but the guy stocking the singles shelf offered. Prices did not seem out of line. I highly recommend this store.

A few minutes off I-75 in South Florida, the Pembroke Pines TW is an excellent place for beer advocate to stock up. I was fortunate enough to come there to the Miami area with a good friend and scope it out.

The store is enormous for an all-alcohol outlet and is well stocked with spirits and wines. The beer selection is also very good, and there are various displays on the front end advertising their latest sales and offers on craft brews. There are few aisles dedicated to beer, with the main one containing the majority of the bombers and sixers of the craft variety. Quality is great, everything has new labels and unexpired dates, little to no dust accumulation on the bottles themselves. Selection is also great for a store of this caliber, holding some treasures from Bell's, Left Hand, Stone, Rogue and much more. I was a bit disappointed at finding only a few Cigar City brews, however. But that doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Service was decent, the employees were helpful, friendly and pleasant. Didn't get to query them too much on the craft beers, but I did see one employee help another customer find a particular brew they wanted. Prices are quite reasonable for the stuff they sell. They sell individual 12 oz bottles out of six packs, which surprised me for a store such as this. The bottles all seem priced appropriately enough, I'm not going to complain.

Definitely a great beer shopping experience, I left with a six-pack I made myself and a couple of good bombers. I'd highly recommend this store if you're in the area.

Veyr solid TW store. They had a few other beers that my local store didn't liek the Bruery and Cantillion. I quickly grabbed those. Liek all TW's. they are well organized have plenty of friendly help and even though the focus is wine the employees do their best to assist. Pirices is what other stores can't touch on TW. They buy in large and sell for low profits. they can do that because of the other offerings in the store. i would say this is an above avg TW store. Signing was accruate and organized and it looked liek craft beer was a focus.

I love TW&M in the Pines. Very good quality and an astounding selection. An alcoholic beverage warehouse, and reasonable prices, too.

I may get a full 6 pack of one beer, but most times I'm grabbing a TW generic holder and loading up from the singles aisle. If there's an interesting looking craft bottle or "750", I'll pick it up, too. Service is marginal, but usually I'm conversing with other customers in the aisles, getting and giving opinions and suggestions. I've received some tasty reccomendations by just socializing there, and have given out my share of both.

When the need comes around I'll get an occasional bottle of wine there, and during winter holidays pick up our holiday alcohol- Tequila for the wife and Cognac for me,and TW&M never fails to please. If they don't have it you don't need it.

I may "visit" ABC, Crown, or TW&M in Lauderdale, but TW&M in the Pines is my beer "home". See all you South Broward BA's there for sure!

I love this place. This is the store I started going to since becoming the beer snob that I am. It is huge with an excellent selection of single bottles, six and twelve packs, as well as seasonal and limited brews. The staff has always being extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable. They even provide a (for lack of a better word) magazine that lists everything that they carry. The prices are very good compared to supermarkets and even other liquor stores, so much so that I stopped looking in the area for a better beer store. I highly recommend this store to anyone starting out or even if you just are looking for a good selection.

Clean store that is excessively expansive. Beer is well organized with a large variety of singles, bombers and 750's available. Beer is also spread around the store at all the end caps.

Prices were very reasonable and on par, or lower, than other beer stores I've been to.

My only complaint is the entire time (about 45 minutes) I was in the store I wasn't acknowledged by a single employee. Not even a "hello." I was a little disappointed there but maybe I'm just used to the hospitality of Gainesville.

I'm not sure where to begin. When you walk in you notice the nice wood flooring which I find as a nice touch. They have maps of the place by the door, yes the place is that big. I know this is a beer site but they have a wonderful selection of wine and other liquor. The staff there has always been very nice and helpful. They have 3 aisles of beer plus a full walking cooler. They sell a variety of kegs in all sizes. I have found their prices quite a bit lower than ABC and Crown. They do a good job in keeping the beer easy to find. They seperate by catagory the best they can. They have sections for craft beers, holiday beers, Belgians and so on. By all means if you can find one of these stores by you, get in and go nuts.

Was back home for the weekend and had to check this place out - friends and family had been telling me about it so I figured I'd stop on in.

Store on the outside is nice, new, and huge. Plenty of parking. Decent crowd inside, went on a Saturday afternoon. Numerous booths set up for samples inside. Most of them were new flavored vodkas and wines, not really my cup 'o tea so I passed. Store is very clean, well set up, and is huge.

Wandered through the scotch section, lot's of single malts to choose from, pretty decent prices, as well. I shop mostly at ABC in Gainesville and the prices were a few bucks cheaper here. Not bad. Checked out the gin, again lots of selection, a few I hadn't heard of before, good prices.

Found may way to the beers! I was very surprised by the selection they had. I had a limited amount of time in the store and was looking at mainly the English ales, but there was a great selection of the standard imports (Sam Smith, Youngs, Fullers Pride/ESB, etc.) plus a good amount of stuff you don't see very often (Spitfire, Fullers Porter, Speckled Hen in cans, Wychwood stuff, all the St. Peter's line, etc.). Lots of singles as well. Browsed through the other stuff, lots of Belgians, good amount of German stuff. Overall, pretty much what you are looking for. Like the liquor, prices were slightly cheaper than what I am used to paying.

Didn't ask for any help but the cashiers were friendly. Can't say anything other than that.

Overall, next time I am in town I will be stopping by with more money!

A good variety of beers right down the street is hard to beat. Many good selections both cold and off the shelf. Prices are better than what I can find in nearby grocery or liquor stores. Watch for coupons right now to get bargains on Bombers and build your own six-packs or six packs. I would say that with the good selection and the fact that I can get Sam Adams Summer Ale for $10.79 a twelve pack for the masses, as the Terminator would say: " I'll be back". Never seen a line yet, parking is easy and the staff is congenial.
8/27/15 Still never have any Founders :(
