Ale brewed with spices! A refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled, pour into a wide mouth glass with an inch or so of head. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish. Sit back, relax and inhale the aromas as you begin to sip, you have now entered your comfort zone.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass; born on 5/16/23. Pours amberish with minimal foam head. Thin, sweet corn tasting with very light spices. Pours & tasted more like a lager to this palate. Okay.

This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a light yellow color with a fast rising carbonation to hit a quickly dissipating slim foamy to bubbly white head. No lacing appeared around the glass. The smell started off with a blend of coriander, orange peel and light biscuits/breadiness. Black pepper slides into balance. The taste was moderately spicy with a slight sweetness underneath from the breadiness. It has a moderately sweet/semi-spicy aftertaste with no finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a really nice sessionability about it. Carbonation hits my tongue really light allowing the breadiness to smooth things out. Spices of the black pepper and coriander end up striking just enough in the harshness department. Overall, this was a nice witbier that would definitely pair well with its respected food.

Hazy orange/gold color with a minimal white head that disappears fairly quickly.
The aroma is spicy with coriander, cloves, pepper and yeast with a crackery malt background.
The taste is similar but adds a citrus - orange peel - note. The coriander and cloves are mellowed a bit by the citrus but definitely present. The finish is peppery and dry. Fairly light bodied, mild carbonation, easy to drink. Overall, a decent wit, nice for a hot summer day.
