From the 22 fl. oz. bottle. Sampled on September 1, 2013
The pour is pale yellow to light amber with a decent white head. A little hazy.
The aroma has all kinds of Belgian esters going on including Belgian yeast, coriander, clove, and herbs along with a biscuit malt character. I find it delightful.
The body is light and refreshing.
The taste is much like the aroma with a very nice Belgian abbey character. I get flavors of coriander, orange, spice, lemongrass, and toasted biscuit with a clean hop finish. Most summers are too fruity for me but this one seems to hit the mark right on. I would definitely try it again.
