Poured a very cloudy gold w/ good carbonation on top of a spicy, sour citric aroma along w/ pepper - pretty good wit aroma. Very good balance for wit as a fluffy, sweet, chewey body with citric hop notes underlie a sharp and spicy body. Great yeast twang and there is a residual sweetness from minor malts and fruits like banana (this beer isn't just sour lemon and orange). Well-balanced but lacks a defining finihs; nonetheless a real good wit.

Not a special-looking beer for a wit. On a guess, I'd say it was a pilsner or a light lager. Light and clear gold with a decent bit of active carbonation that supports a light, white head for a decent amount of time. Smell is not special. Maybe even a bit skunky, or perhaps those are the supposedly "fruity, aromatic" hops. The taste is a bit better, but the beer itself is more like an enhanced light lager. You get the base of boring malt and hop bill, with perhaps a touch (and I mean just a TOUCH) of wheat. Mouthfeel is the best part. If you had to, you could at least put down a few of these with no trouble.

Doesn't so much taste like a Belgian Witbier as it does a German hefeweizen (without the cloudiness) such as Schneider Weisse. Lots of bubblegum taste alongside a slightly sweet smell. Overall this is a much better beer than I was expecting, even if the style it was intended to be is not clearly evident.

A: Pours a hazy golden orange in color with some light to moderate amounts of visible carbonation, significant amounts of large off-white chunks of yeast, and some peach highlights. The beer has a finger tall off-white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass.
S: LIght aromas of fruity yeast along with light aromas of wheat. Even lighter hints of lemon citrus and just a hint of herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of wheat and some grainy malts along with some hints of lemon citrus which intensifies as the beer warms up. Light hints of herbal hops which leaves no lingering bitterness.
M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp.
O: Pretty refreshing for a hot summer day and not unenjoyable though I'm not a huge fan of large amounts of visible chunky yeast sediment.
