I had this beer at a party recently and it was my first experience with the Trinity brewing company. It had a nice color, quite cloudy, and smelled of spices and citrus. The taste was quite good, definitely could taste a little citrus as well as hops. Highly recommended.

This one poured a hazy straw yellow with a thin white head that faded fast but left good lace. The smell was of spice, clove, and citrus. Orange zest and coriander with notes of pepper and a grainy sweet wheat biscuit beneath it all. Creamy, but thin. Grainy and bright with a crisp, clean finish. Overall great wit.

Draft at the brewpub.

Pours a very hazy light golden bananan color with a  one finger foam white head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Minimal spots of lace left behind.

Swet citrus aroma with subtle spice.  Slightly funky/earthy with hints of lemon, pepper, farmhouse funk, coriander, flower petal, bready yeast and banana.

Medium bodied with a very spicy presence up front that lingers throughout.  Lots of lemon zest and pepper.  Slightly earthy/funky not as much as the aroma suggests.  Lots of spice and the  bready yeasts add fullness to the palate.  Good balance of spice, fruit and alcohol.

Pours a hazy straw color and has a thick beige head. The nose has wheat malts, citrus fruits and spicy yeasts. More of the same in the taste. Very nicely balanced. Body is crisp and light. A great session brew from Trinity. Would pair well with one of their delicious burgers.

this one is a little messy, one of the staple trinity brews that's always on down there. it pours a cloudy yellow color, pale as they come, washed out almost, with under an inch of receding foam. the nose is lemony, limey, and soapy, with I think probably a little too much wheat malt and not quite enough Belgian yeast to chew through it all. the flavor agrees with that assessment, as there is some unfermented sort of residual sweetness and not the lightness and carbonation I am accustomed to in Belgian yeast beers. there is a nice summery fresh lime essence to this, which I really like, but the lightness is imparts is weighted down by all the sediment, the lacking carbonation, and the slight soapy taste and feel. still, this is a sessionable enough summery type beer, but one that I think could use a careful revisit if it is going to be on par with the rest of the lineup at trinity.

The glass comes filled with a very cloudy brew that's a darker yellow with a bunch of foam. The aroma is mosly citrus. The taste is like a toned-down lemonade that has a slightly dry, earthy essence to it. It isn't overly sweet but it still makes for a good desert.

On tap at the brewery the beer was served in a mug. Delivered a hazy yellow straw color with a thin 1/2 finger white head with not much retention but decent lacing. The nose was mild but pleasant. A blend of cloves, citrus fruit, and a hint of peppery spice. The flavor is very much the same with a more pronounced citrus flavor, perhaps coriander? A base of sweet cereal biscuity grains. Mildly bitter. Smooth and clean. Finishes crisp. Overall, solid offering. I could drink this all day.
