750 ml bottle, barrel TBB 106, bottle 1283 3/13. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a small fizzy white head that quickly goes to a small dusting.
The aroma is tart and funky with some brett, tropical fruits and flowers.
The flavor is lots of tart acidic sourness with some spices and a bit of iron. The mouthfeel is rather thin and watery with no carbonation.
Overall, an OK sour. Lots of acidic sourness, but very thin, watery, under-carbonated and simple.

Thanks to jjfoodie for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of tart, funky lemons with some funny Belgian yeast mixed in. The flavor is heavy on the brett. I get a lot of dry, leather components as some strong barnyard funk. There is also a little bit of lemon in the flavor and some light to medium tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Big thanks goes out to Bardwashrind for sending this one my way quite awhile back as an extra! Served from bottle into a Green Man snifter. Poured a golden yellow with a one finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount very quickly. Maintained decent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, sour, tart, earth, citrus, lemon zest, lemon rine, and funk. The flavor was of sweet malt, funk, tart, citrus, orange, lemon rine, lemon zest, earth, and a BIG earthy funk on the followthrough. It had a light feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a good brew. I really did not know what to expect on this one as I have had it for quite some time. The aroma of this was really quite intense and definitely took me back at first. It was more on the citrus and tart side with the funk adding a nice layer of complexity. The flavor was the opposite however. It led off with a slight funkiness to get you interested, then gave you a kiss of citrus right before bashing your palate with a spiked bat with earthy funk. Upon the first sip, it was almost a little too powerful how it came on. Granted this did not stop me from crushing the entire bottle with ease. Very well done brew that I wish I would have had the opportunity to get more of.

Wax dipper 375 into tulip. Pours hazy deep yellow with a white head which fades into a ring around the glass. The smell is oaky, funky, and citrus. Brett is prominent in the taste as well as tangy citrus. Finish is dry with lingering citrus and funk, I'd swear there was lactobacillus in this if it wasn't for the 100% Brett description. Mouthfeel is prickly but not over carbonated. Light refreshing and Very tasty.
