Poured into a tulip glass from a750ml bottle.

Pours a nice hazy yet bright orange with some nice peachy colors. There is a nice ha;f inch medium dense head that has very little retention and quickly disappears down to a thin ring around the glass.

Aroma is interesting. strong hoppy tropical notes. Notes of peach and papaya with some good slight passion fruit notes and mango as well. Aroma has tons of notes of brett and woody funk. Musty! So musty. With slight citrus tartness in the nose this is a very interesting brew.

The flavor follows the interesting nose. Funky and musty. Heavy notes of brett. There are notes of wood and wet cardboard as well as some cornhusk notes. Notes of tropical fruit mixed in with the funk. Slight tartness in the flavor that is inviting but gets slightly offset by the funk and slight fruit juice sweetness as well as some citrus hop notes. This is an interesting brew with some good crisp carbonation that is also not as fluffy. The carbonation just helps to clean the palette.

Super funky brew that is nice and inviting. Brett notes are quite funky and go very well with the slight tart notes and the mild juicy hops.

750 mL gusher of a bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy and murky orange. Not much of a head. Thin collar.

Smell - Acidic. Very bretty. Hoppy too. Citrus and grapefruit. Musty.

Taste - Citrus hop, but gets tangy quickly. Lemony tang. Earthy brett is strong.

Mouthfeel - Medium body. Bitter and mildly sour. Flavorful for its size.

Overall - Got tiresome after a while.

Cheers to SteveO for this one. Had a few Trinity beers prior to moving from the springs, this my first since move here...

Bottle 772 12/12, batch TBB 1-6 opens with a little gush, no big thang...

Pours a hazed amber with a thumb of egg shell colored head. Never totally clears, pretty nice head retention & below average lacing

S: Much sourness, citric & grassy notes

T: Sourness, a touch of grassyness, lemons & pineapples, plus tartness up front, so getting the tangerine rind, but also pineapple in spades. Earthy lemony/citric tartness, a bit of oakyness & pineapple as this warms, choke cherry here as well. Finishes tart with grapefruit, pineapple, a bit of white grape & honeysuckle & puckery, oaky sourness

MF: Medium bodied with delicate carbonation, plus some warming sensation

So easy to drink, wow a whole lot of flavor packed into a quaffable 4.1 abv package. This the greatness I recall from Jason on stops prior to Trinity! Classic American Wild ale, no real major flaws here only minor detractors

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of light citrus and clementine notes is quiet refreshing. Taste is also dominated by citrus notes with some clementine notes which are very refreshing and light tangy and tart finish. Body is quite full with medium carbonation. I just took this out of the fridge without knowing exactly what I was about to drink but very good beer even though sour side is not that apparent.
