Thanks to waltonc for this bottle!
750ml bottle sealed with pressure cap and clear wax.
poured into tulip glass.
Appearance: orangish yellow bodied beer with almost 2 fingers of head. Drops down to a thin cap and eventually a ring around the glass. Leaves a decent amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Rotten hay and musty wet basement funkiness meets tangerines and citrus zest! Lemon and green apples; mildly tart nose. Earthiness, bready malt, fruity esters, and floral. Nose is slightly reminicent of the CS St Bretta series.
Taste: Mildy bitter citrus zest and fruitiness right away. Moderately funky. Its rotten and musty funk that is actually quite pleasant. Bready malts and more citrus, that is slightly sweeter this time when you taste the citrus. Green apples and lemons. Earthy, oaky, and fruity brett notes dominate the middle of the flavor profile. The back end of this beer is dank, juicy, and "green"; these qualities really start to show up more as this beer warms up a little bit. The finish is like orange juice meets funk. I will call it a funky Mimosa finish! Really complex stuff here.
Mouthfeel: light bodied beer with almost moderate carbonation. Soft slightly creamy carbonation. Slight dryness in the finish. Really really drankable.
Overall: Trinity really made a nice brew here. I liked this comsiderably more than Crooked Stave Batch 60, surprisingly enough. Its both wild and hoppy. Quite flavorful and complex. All that flavor squeezed into a minescule 4.1 abv beer. Nice work Trinity!

A. Cloudy orange. Head dissipates quickly.
S. Sour Tangerine. Oak
T. Like the smell. Tangerine oak and some bitterness from the hops. Funky.
M. Puckering but not overbearing. Medium body and low to medium carbonation.
O. Pretty good level of sour and lots of flavor going on. Would drink this again
