Appearance: Can exploded upon popping top. Foam everywhere! All foam! Off-white! Lace up the entire glass. Almost no beer left.
Aroma: Malty sweet and honeyed.
Taste: Sweet with any semblance of hops being lost. Honey again, sweet with no complexity or character. Not a good beer.

Poured into a shaker: color is a little hazy gold, a bit on the darker side for a blonde. Head is brighter white, small bubbles, decent lacing.
Smell is a bit fruity, slightly off, neutral grains.
Taste is similar: slightly fruity, a bit off flavored graininess, neutral hops, a bit sweet.
Mouthfeel is way sweeter than many/most blondes, lingering presence is also a bit strong, moderate carbonation.
Overall an odd blonde - i think i see what they are going for in terms of the stronger ale, but the malt bill and presentation lead to some off aromas and flavors.

This is a very nice but otherwise overall unremarkable blonde ale. It pours a hay dark yellow with a nice big head. Aroma has a surprising amount of hefe-like banana. The taste is sweet and floral. Fairly chewy. A nice summer beer.

Just tried this beer while vacationing in Aspen, CO. It has a very clear orange color and carbonation is light not a big head. You get the taste of honey and slight orange aroma. Taste is very crisp and light. The brewery was just down the street in Aspen but I didn't get a chance to visit. Defintely worth trying of you are a fan of blonde ale.
