Nice appearance, copper color, not too much head.
Smell is refreshing and enticing. Big sweet malt, with some bite in there from the citrusy hops. The anticipation was high.
Taste is good, but not exceptional. There is a grainy creaminess of the malt, and some hop sweetness. Overall, a delicious ale. But just a bit too much bite from carbonization.
Drinkability was great. A great seasonal beer. I'm a big fan of Redhook. I'll always buy Redhook.
