Got this on tap at CW's Tap Room.
Late Harvest is orange-amber, very clear, with a dirty white crown. Head doesn't stick around long.
Smells like sweet malts, apple cider, caramel sugar and bitter hops.
Not a very complex brew; this is a real crisp amber beer that seems like it has Oktoberfest aspirations. The bitter hops give it a bite, but apart from those and the mildly sweet malts this is a fairly unassuming beer. Not enough "character" for my tastes.
Finishes dry and spicy. Too watered down for me. Easy to drink, but difficult to really recommend. Average.
Serving type: on-tap
