Pours a nice, two-finger head into my Samuel Smith nonic pint glass. Light notes of citrusy, zesty hops with a hint of malt.
Overall this is quite bland -- nothing too special, but definitely drinkable. A bit bready and the citrus hops are quite nice but do not sustain long enough for the chalk-dry finish. A bit of bitter lemon peel. Carbonation is sufficient.
I think a salty dish would work well, which is not something I often envision for most brews. I'd fancy some boiled peanuts myself.
