A - Nice golden yellow color. Bubbles rising up all over. Poured vigorously from a bottle into a pint glass. 1.5 finger thick head with some serious lacing going on.
S - The hops are the first thing I smell. Very hoppy, flowery, almost herbal scent. I've smelled hoppier beers, but this one smells pretty decently.
T - The wallop of the carbonation almost throws me for a loop, but after several sips, I can taste the beer. A delicious, piney flavor with a heavy dose of hops. Good tasting IPA, tastes fresh and invigorating. Nice hoppy aftertaste too.
M - Kinda watery, but then again, I've never had any IPAs that were very thick. Easy to drink, goes down like water.
O - Overall, a decent IPA. Tastes good to me, has a nice smell and is easy to drink. Also very refreshing. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants a decent gateway IPA.
