The generous addition of hops both during and at the end of the fermentation process (dry-hopping) gives our India Pale Ale its characteristic bitterness and piney citrus aroma and flavor. The medium body, crisp finish, and moderate alcohol and IBU levels makes this one of America’s most drinkable and best-selling IPAs.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

Head was very fizzy about two finger-lengths in size, with an even lacing that diminishes pretty quickly.

Clear sunset blonde yellow in appearance Strong aromas of grass with meadow-ish accents

Has sort of a wet bitter hop taste with a dash of salt and pepper. Just a tiny bit of malt that keeps the hop flavor from truly taking over. A bit of citrus on the palate, but none too discernable to lead into categorization. Carbonation was light to moderate.

A great ipa to have on the average occasion, but nothing special if you're craving quality.

Poured a yellow colour with a big white foamy head.

The smell was citrus hops, lemon and grapefruit.

The taste was well balanced malts and hops with a pretty bitter after taste.

The mouth is light with medium carbonation.

I thought this was a really good IPA, maybe on tap it's much better than bottled. I saw most reviewers hated this beer but I rate it fairly highly.

Aroma: Not very noticeable at first, after aerating smells very piney with floral hints.

Appearance: Golden body, translucent and apparently very filtered. Pouring a full bottle into a 32 ounce tumbler, head was almost 2 inches, but shrank to a thin layer after less than a minute with some lacing. Some bubbling to the top of the glass throughout drinking.

Taste : Very smooth, bland taste. Light hopping and pine taste. Hints of citrus, but not heavy. Not much of an aftertaste and not very bitter.

Mouthfeel: Pleasant in comparison to most IPAs, which can good and bad. The taste doesn’t stay with you for more than a few seconds after swallowing.

Overall: This could pass, to me, as a regular pale ale. Would only buy again as an introduction for someone who either doesn’t like or hasn’t been introduced to the IPA variety.

Served in a pint.

Appearance: gold, bubbly body but thin white head comes off roughly 1/3" off the initial pour.

Smell: light floral, and slight pine. Bleak if you ask me.

Taste: hops and malt, slight pine feel that makes you feel that you're drink your first light IPA.

Mouth: not bad at all, medium heavy and smooth.

Overall: more like your everyday IPA, I would buy it again but not at the price I paid at the bar. Salud.
