Twelve ounce bottle into bicentennial Mason jar.
A: Slightly hazy orange-golden-sunshine with an ecru head about three fingers high on pour that dwindles down to a nice sheen. Lacing is the minimal round spec here und there. Bits of yeastiness suspended throughout.
S: Nice bright hops and nice fresh und grainy malts. Clover and honey.
T: Willamette and Saaz hops open up right with the sweet malt. This is a very refreshing beer. I wasn't exactly in the mood for a hoppy brew when I pulled this from the fridge, but this is a nicely balanced brew and the clover nectar Saaz hops are spot on in the finish.
M: Pretty light bodied, but good.
D: I don't see any reason why I couldn't drink this all night.
