A: Light to medium cpper color with a decent head and minimal lacing.
S: Faint caramel malt with even less hop scent..
T&M: Smoothness is great with some crispness, but not much of anything else. Some maltiness and hops that mostly fades to a hop bitterness. Light to medium body that finishes semi-dry.
Not half bad but weak flavor doesn't make something I'll be looking for soon.
Serving type: on-tap

Appearance: no surprise, it is a copper colored ale. Pours about a 1 1/2" head that dissipates rapidly leaving moderate lacing. Moderate carbonation.
Aroma: mild aroma, smell of toasted grains and sweet malt
Mouthfeel: mouthfeel is watery and carbonated. Sweetness predominates but there is some mild hop to balance it. Finish is semi-dry.
Flavor: flavor is consistent throughout with a blend of malt and hops.
Overall: I really enjoy Copperhook and recommend it if you like session ales, Copper/Red ales, or if your palate runs more towards malt than hops.
