Appearance: Very thin head dissipated quickly. Hue was a pale orange with slight opaqueness
Aroma: thick malt nuttiness was three dimtensional, with significant richness.
Taste: light citrus notes and some cidery qualities (dry and semi-vinous) dominate, not reflecting the maltiness of the nose. These give way to the malt backbone and then a longer, lingering astringent bitterness.
MF: mouth-coating yet not entirely oily. Light enough to be sessionable, a perfect transition from winter darks to summer lagers
Serving type: bottle
