Lucked out running into this at the Portsmouth Brewpub earlier this month. This cask conditioned ale shows a pale amber gold color, cloudy with a nice white snow cap and excellent lacing, thick and full. The aroma is a fairly simple and likable grapefruit hop with sweet floral biscuit ideas, nice. The flavor is floral/citrus hops with a very nice fruit nougat sweetness, some french bread sensibilities thrown in there, I don't know, just damn good. Says it combines Nelson & Summit hops. It's medium bodied and has a little depth for a cask ale. I love it, very drinkable. It's a tad watery as is typical of the cask but this a fine hop brew.
