Poured from 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a moderate effervescence. Head is a thin layer of white foam; nothing special but OK.
Smell: citrusy hops with a bit of an amber-ale malt profile: caramelly and biscuity. Again, not bad, but not particularly interesting.
Taste: malty with a prickly bitterness and a bit of citrusy hop character. That biscuitiness persists, though, which isn't my favorite trait.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a very good level of creaminess for the style. I like it.
Overall: this beer is indeed very drinkable, even if it is otherwise uninspiring. This would quaff easily while watching football.

Light gold color, citrus hops and bready malts in the nose. Taste is milder then the nose, toasty biscuits, cereal, citrus hops in the finish without overwhelms bitterness. Very low on flavor, even for 4.8% ABV. Sessionable and more flavorful than any light lager, but leaves me wanting something more substantial.

Poured out of a 22 oz bomber into a chilled beer mug
Appearance: golden amber hue with roughly one inch of Lacey head that minimally sticks down the glass as you drink
Smell: slight pineyness, orange and tamarind like aromas.
Taste: herbally, citrus. Starts with grapefruit, lime bitterness. Reminiscent of cascade and Amarillo hops. Decent malt background with hints of toasted sourdough, oolong tea, and unsalted sunflower seeds. Sour notes similar to pumpkin.
Mouthfeel: crisp, refreshing. High drinkability, with solid carbonation. No mistaking this for casked beer.
Overall: worth a try. If you're in the mood for something after work or a long day out at the range, in the cage, or on the court, great to unwind with. Great middle ground beer.

Poured from the bottle into a nonic pint glass.
Slightly cloudy body, but with a pale amber and light copper color. Some slow rising carbonated bubbles that go to a one finger soapy head that doesn't stick around much. Slowly settles to a thin collar.
Nice simple nose. Noticeable caramel sense and good light toasty aromas. Borderline sensing crispness as well.
Palate sort of levels off. Light bodied and a bit of hop indistinct bitterness. Very noticeably carbonation and tight mouthfeel that is very wet. Very light dry grainy aftertaste, and no sense of malt bill. Hinted aromas of caramel and toast don't come out at all. Some warmth brings a little bit of citrus warmth but mouthfeels' thick tight spritzy quality really distracts.
This is a real light pale ale, but has virtually no malt flavor on the palate. It's not horrible but it's pretty much not that exciting in the realm of other American Pale Ales available.
