On tap at the Torrey Pines Lodge. Pours a glowing yellowish orange. Little to no head. Carb is low. The body comes off as a bit heavy. Extraordinary sourness that makes the salivary glands go crazy. My stomach hates me after 8 ounces. Not much funk. Just big lactic sourness. Decent fruit presence. Reminds me of an underripe white peach actually. But it's just missing something in the finish. Overall the base seems like a great sour beer but I feel the peach extract detracts from the overall experience. Certainly a phenomenal beer that comes up just short of the upper echelon of Lost Abbey sours.

Holy F!

Downside: wish it had a bit more carbonation.

Other than that, damn well near perfect. A bit on the sweet side but in terms of peaches-wild ale, this is the new standard for me. I can guess that there will be a Cable Car Peche or something similar along its product line in the near future.

Hint of fruit on the nose but can't really tell it's peaches like say Chez Monus. Got the fantastic blend of funk and fruit. Aroma of say DDG with fruit.

Tastes like a sweeter DDG (more so than Cable Car) with peaches. Just effin' money and can drink this all day, say watching the Chargers in the playoffs!

Love it; Happy New Years!
