Tasted both on draft during the release and following day out of the bottle. (review is for the bottle because I had a larger pour)
Appearance: Pours a beautiful hazy orange with tan laced head that climbs half an inch after a 5 oz pour. Very enticing.
Smell: Smells very fresh and juicy, lots of stone fruit pop out classic brett aromas are also there. Very juicy, reminds of very high quality apricot or peach fruit roll up. No artificial fruit smells i sometimes get in fruited sours.
Taste: Boom! very juicy. Stone fruits are there but not over powering. If i didn't know there was honey in here I wouldn't be able to taste it, maybe its working some sort of behind the scenes magic I dont know. Definitely sour but the brett and whatever lacto was already in the barrels is fighting for attention. Perfect balance. Taste. Smell. Taste. Smell. Each sip leaves you wanting more.
Moutfeel: Perfect carb, very nice effervescent mouthfeel. Again the juicyness leaves you wanting more and more.
Overall: Out of the last 6 or so fruited Veritas sours this one is the best right of the bat. The other ones (Veritas 010, 012) needed a few months to get really good. Gwen said this saw old Izzy barrels. Which is kind of awesome. Highly recommend this one. Worth the hype.

Into a wine glass
Dark brown-orange appearance, effervescent. Nose is of ripe berries, lemon peel, oak. Flavors follow, accented with subtle notes of cherry cola and toffee. Heavy suggestions of rhubarb and lemon peel toward the finish.
An absolute knock out beer. I took this out of my cellar 4 years ago and has been sitting at room temp…no negative impact.

Opaque almost neon orange, looking like a modern haze bomb but smoother and cleaner, with minimal head.
Soft peach, honey and oak are tart with a woody semi-dry swallow capping off the tingly medium body.
