A- Deep golden color with a thick white head and sticky lacing.
S- The main component is yeast/biscuit, but some lemon aromatics as well.
T- Sweet, pit fruit on the initial sip. More tart citrus as it moves through the mid palate. A bit muddled.
M- Very crisp and clean and the high carbonation offsets the sweet flavors.
O- A very approachable Belgian Pale. Some Saison qualities as well. I'd order or buy this again.
Serving type: on-tap
