Aroma-Musty malt aroma with a slight sour note. Mild hop aroma. Spicy, with a slight plum/apricot ester.
Appearance- orange. Moderate white head with mild head retention. clear
Flavor- slightly sweet malt with mild bitterness that follows into the aftertaste. Complex flavor of sweet malt, hops, and maybe slight plum.
Mouthfeel-medium body. Slight alcohol. moderate-high carbonation.
Overall- Good Belgium pale. Not what I expected from Lost Abbey. Not my favorite of their lineup. Drinkable but forgetable.
Serving type: bottle
