A-Pours a cloudy honey. Soft head. It does leave some decent lacing however.
S-That dry, musty/dusty corky Brett aroma is prevalent. Some decent tartness. Sweet and fruity.
T-The flavor is decently sweet and quite heavy on the Brett. Nearly medicinal in terms of the Brett character. Wet, ripe yeasty fruits akin to apple.
M-Off-dry. Drinks easy enough. Solid carbonation.
O/D-Pretty cool and not one of their $20 375ml offerings which is nice. The Brett wears on you after a while though.

Growler in a pint glass.
A- Hazy yellow-gold color. Big fluffy white cap that settles to a thick film. Heavy patches of lacing.
S- Light malt and light spices. Lemon, tart apple.
T-Fresh white bread, light citrus fruits. Creamy.
M- Tart, funky, tingly. Small bubble carb. Dry tart finish.
O- Quite Belgian-like.
