Pours half finger of head on a clear light golden colored body.
The aroma is smokey applesauce, soap, lemon and pear all mixed up in a nice way.
The taste is sharp, approaching bitter. Retains bright fruit: apple and pear.
Crisp texture with moderate carbonation.
Pleasant and enjoyable.

The first pour was nearly clear yellow with a big pillowy head. The last pour was opaque, swimming with yeast.
A pleasant fruitiness dominates the nose. Apple and pear, rich malt, slight vinegar-brett-funk.
Rich complex malts in taste, hints of citrus, ripe juicy pear, brett-funk and concrete dryness.
Extraordinary carbonation, better than champagne. Juicy, with a very long dry finish.
Excellent farmhouse ale from Tomme and the Abbey.
