Convicted of a dark art, the crowd will gather to watch as they raze your earthen existence. An intolerable pain is the cross you’ll bear that day as you are removed from this righteous world. No one will summon the courage to save you in fear of their life. It sucks. But such is the life of a witch. In honor of your fleeting existence, we brewed Witch’s Wit. A light and refreshing wheat beer, it’s exactly the sort of thing you might expect to find being passed around the center of town on witch burning day. Say hello to the Prince of Darkness for us.

A light, foggy yellow. Smells of yeast, sourdough bread, salt, and a hint of banana. The taste mostly follows the smell, but with the addition of a slight sour apple flavor. There's also biting spice at the end, hitting first with a hot clove taste and then with a bit more mellow and sweet flavor. Carbonation is medium. Overall, a beer that's a little disappointing at first sip, but is quite enjoyable as it heats up and it's flavors come out.

Poured from a bomber to a tulip glass. Pours a straw color with a white head about two fingers thick of large bubbles. Head dissipated quickly. Smells of citrus and bread (side note that my nose is a little clogged due to allergies). Tastes of bread, citrus, pilsner, and a little honeydew. Feel is a medium light body, just a little heavier than a pils. Overall a pleasant beer, very nice wit that's just perfect for summer.
