A. Pops with just a tiny fizz. Pours a clear yellow with some orange in it. A small fizzy white head rises.
S. Oaky upfront. With lemon, green apple, some vinegar, notes similiar to
T. Lots of granny smith, good high level of tartness, some funkiness, lemon peel, a lot more sweetness than expected. Barnyard characteristics are more apparent in the bottom of the bottle.
M. Thin body with high carbonation.
D. Very drinkable. The front is more tart while the tail is funkier.
