375ml bottle recieved today as a Sinners Club membership. 7% ABV
A- Murky brownish rust colored body, lurking below a billowing, large off-white/pink head. Head falls to leave long lacing up the sides of my tulip.
S- Sour, funk, raspberries, old wood.
T- Bracing sour shock, followed by malt sweetness followed up by a subdued but pleasant raspberry flavor; can barely pick up a trace of oak, maybe I'm just tricking myself into tasting it. Reminds me of sharp raspberry yogurt. Very tasty.
M- A blast of carbonation camouflages the sour onslaught that lurks behind it. Good feel and slides down the mouth with an explosion of sour and carbonation.
D- I'll have no problem finishing this bottle on my own tonight!
