On tap at Woodshop 8 held at The Hermosillo in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a murky light orange with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is sour and tart with malt, peach, nectarine, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour and tart peach and apricot flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with some great aromas making for a tasty and super easy to drink beer.

Thanks to whoever brought this one to the Hill Farmstead CW pre share.

A - Pours a hazy golden peach color with a nice one finger tall white head, dissipating down to a light film, leaving small trails of lace on the glass.

S - Smells of fresh peaches, mild funk, woody oak, lactic sourness, some basement must and a bit of sweet pale malt. Lots of funky peaches, love it.

T - Starts off with fresh picked ripe peaches slowly giving way to oak tannins, basement must, light funk, greek yogurt, white wine and a bit of sweetness from the malt. Finish is quite dry, lingering long after the finish. Lots of flavor, just with the peaches came through a bit more.

M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, tart feel with a nice dry ending. Quite easy drinking all things considered.

O - This was an awesome peach sour. It was going up against a bunch of other Peach and Stone Fruit sours and really held its own, it was in my top three. I would love to have this again in the future.

From notes. Poured from a 750 mL bottle into a tulip.

A very hazy golden color with a ton of carbonation out of the bottle.

Sour peach and oak come rise above a blonde base beer aroma. There is a bit of vinegar as well.

Peach, light malts, crisp, tart, fairly sour during the flavor with a lingering sourness. There is a little bit of lemon zest and some oaky white wine notes. The peaches are not as full as I would have hoped. The depth is kind of lacking in the flavor.

Veritas 010 is very crisp, and the medium body borders on over-carbonated.

This is a nice beer, but my expectations are very high for a beer in the Veritas series.
