Was lucky enough to stumble upon this on draft at Churchill's after snagging my DDG bottles from Lost Abbey. Pours a pale orangish-yellow color with a small white head that disappears quickly. Scent is packed with guava and other tropical fruits. Very fruity aroma with a mellow funk. A hint of sulfur, with some more sweet tropical fruits and oak. Vinous with subtle chardonnay aromas. Taste is just as it smells. Not super sour, but definitely sour and fruity. The guava shines in this beer, as well as the wine-like flavors. Lovely oak and tropical fruit flavors. Crisp, dry finish. Mouthfeel is light-bodied, and highly carbonated. Refreshing. Drinkability is very high. Overall, this beer was A TREAT! I was so lucky to get the opportunity of trying this beer without planning on it (same went for my CFH purchase). What a great trip down south!
