Slightly hazed golden and yellow with a moderately sized off-white head, eventually leaving irregular dots and misshapen lines of lace down the glass.
The aroma is very oak-forward along with big notes of lactic sour character and very mild guava. There's a distinct white wine character as well, but in the background.
The flavor is again very oak-forward with big notes of lactic sour character, mild fruit, and a bit of funk. This isn't incredibly complex, but it's very sour, and quite tasty. I wish it was even more complex.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Disappearing.
A great beer for the best pub.

Served on-draught into a 4 oz taster glass at Churchill's pub during the Churchill's Finest Hour 2013 release. Reviewed from notes taken standing up in the crowded pub; I couldn't review in as much depth as I wanted to.
A: Pours only a floater ring; no head whatsoever. Colour of the ring is beige. Nice thicknesss and decent (~2-3 minute) retention.
Body colour is a hazy orange-copper. Vibrant. Glowing. Attractive. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show. Nontransparent. Translucent.
Sm: Fucking brilliant. Juicy citrus, pale malts, light floral hops, and heavy clean sourness from wild yeast/bacteria. Great. Fresh and appealing. The sourness is deep and evocative. Nearly perfect. Delightful stuff. Moderate in strength. More sour than funky; I suspect lacto is the dominant yeast. Insanely inviting.
T: Clean, juicy, and nicely sour. Sourness starts nicely on the open and burgeons, growing steadily in intensity, peaking on the climax, and remaining through the finish. Flavour duration is excellent. Flavour intensity is great. Fresh and alive. Light orange and lemon citrus notes. Pale malts in the body. The sourness isn't abrasive or overbearing; it's delicate and perfect. No alcohol comes through. I could use a bit more tartness, but then it's not an extremely fruity sour. Good subtlety and complexity, but to be nitpicky, it could be improved.
Mf: Delicate and fragile. Soft. Chewy. Angelic. Smooth and wet. Perfect carbonation. Suits the flavour profile perfectly, coming off custom-tailored just for this specific beer. Juicy and refreshing. Fantastic. Coaxes out the full depth of flavour from the taste. Perfect execution.
Dr: I'd down this all night. A great sour. Fantastic stuff. Another knockout sour from Lost Abbey. Refreshing and delightful. Definitely one of the best I've ever had in the style. World-class stuff.
This ended up being my favourite beer of the entire Churchill's Finest Hour release. And the taplist was nothing to shrug at.

On tap at Churchill's Sour Fest.
A: Hazy yellow orange with a big white head. Scattered lacing.
S: Lactic with blue cheese and barnyard. Lots of oak with notes of guava and chardonnay. Restrained leather with ample lactic character. Evident acetic notes.
T: Cheesy with an acetic bite, a dash of sulfur, and a little guava. Strong oak presence with a bit of leather and a firm lactic sourness. A touch brackish. Lactic and acetic finish. The guava is quite nice, though restrained, lending a fleeting sweetness beneath the tart and sour notes.
M: Medium body with medium carbonation. Dry and sticky mouthfeel.
Overall: A bit more acetic than I expected and less citric. I was hoping for more guava influence as well, but still a nice sour.
