Original track set bottle.
Color is a cloudy ruby hues caramel brown.
Molasses, dark fruits, plums, caramel malts. Orange zest shows with some cherry sweetness. Oaky with a smooth cognac flavor. No carbonation, but that doesn’t bother me. Very enjoyable.

Split with JLindros. Big thanks to Alec for hooking us up with this crate.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice clearish chestnut hue with absolutely no head. Poured like a glass of cognac.
S - Aromas of sweet candy malts, booze, cognac, darker sugars, the fruit is basically non-existent.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of booze and malts, big sticky caramel, light hops, faint fruits, nice darker fruits. Very boozy.
M - Mouthfeel is barely carbonated, incredibly light alcohol.
O - Overall this was really underwhelming and lackluster. Lost almost all the fruit notes. Very unfortunate

No head at all, slightly clear auburn amber reddish color.
Nose big candy malt, syrupy sweet notes, big reddish malt toasty biscuit with spicy herbal earthy hops, little molasses and big caramel candy, some oxidation, some sweet syrupy fruity cognac and boozy.
Taste big sweet syrupy caramel candy, caramel toasted nougat candy, reddish malt. Fair earthy spicy chewy hops with fair bitterness, some booze tingle warmth, with mild candy fruity cognac, mild oxidation. Creamy nougat, little fruity cognac at the end, cheap cognac brandy like.
Mouth is med to fuller bod, lighter but decent carb, little booze warmth.
Overall pretty good but flaws, wish the cognac was a bit more and nicer, less booze, hops are nice, masmalts are nice, but overall could have been better.
