Stopped in here right after Stone since they are so close together, thought this place would be bigger for some reason. Atmosphere was hopping. It was pretty packed by the time we got there but we were able to snag a barrel to stand at pretty quickly. Love the ability to take your beers into the barrel room, we took advantage of that on the second round of beers. Quality was solid. Lots of original art on the walls for sale to go along with the usual swag and beers. Service was decent but nothing to write home about. I had to wait a bit longer than I like to when the lines were as short as they were and by the time I did get a beer it was 4 people deep behind me. Selection was good but nothing amazing. Only one beer on I couldn't get at home in bottles or draft. I would have loved to see at least one limited bottle on the bottle list but that wasn't meant to be as well. They had a food truck setting up out front when we left but I had just eaten. Prices were reasonable so no problem there. Overall a nice space to showcase a world class brewery. Could use a bit more specialty beers on but I still had a good time checking them out. I would definitely return in the future. (1,188 characters)

Simply one of the best breweries in San Diego. If you're a fan of their beers, you can't leave San Diego without visiting their main tasting room. (146 characters)

Had a blast here. Tasters for $1. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Went in the afternoon and they were cranking out kegs on a forklift literally feet from where I was drinking. Very minimal set up. Great selection of both Port and Lost Abbey beers. Lots of choices on bottles to go as well. (287 characters)

Decent selection of Lost Abbey and Portbrewing offerings. Probably the most reasonable tasting room I have ever been to. $1.00 per 4 oz taste! Let's you try a full range for just a couple bucks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if your anywhere nearby. (284 characters)

Neat spot, but a bit of a letdown overall. There were great Lost Abbey beers pouring all over San Diego, but mostly the core non-sour stuff pouring during our visit. Glad we stopped but I'd skip it the next time I come out to San Diego. (238 characters)

I love Lost Abbey/Port beers so this review might be a little jaded. The brewery is easy to find tucked in a business park just like almost every other brewery in SD. The tasting room is pretty typical, standing room only @ the bar or a few barrles. What's cool is that they have a bunch of their barrel beers all over the place and an entire room of barrels you can pause as you drink.
My biggest complaint is how often they are out of some beers. Depending on when you go they might only have the regular bottle beer on tap or they can have some awesome rare beers so check the tap list before heading over.
The brewery tour is great, they show you everything, no free samples but you can bring beer with you. (711 characters)

Decent place tucked back in a light industrial area. Somewhat crowded on a Sunday afternoon, was still able to find a spot behind the bar and order up some tasters. Perhaps the best part about this place are the $1 tasters served in Port brewing shot glasses. That and the $8 Teku glasses you can buy and take home which serve to make every brew taste better. A bit crowded and more loud than I was hoping for but overall will look forward to coming back soon. Not a fan of all the Farmhouse ales but did enjoy everything else. (527 characters)

Most of their good beers were out. Think I just chose a wrong day to go. Overall though a great place. (102 characters)

The only place to try Lost Abbey and Port Brewing at a decent price ($1 short pours!). The space isn't very nice looking, however. The bathroom experience was a real "what" moment. (180 characters)

Haven't been in a quite a while. Very good beer selection. The guys behind the counter were pleasant and helpful. Pretty fun vibe for a weekday afternoon.

The condition of the tasting room kind of shabby and disorganized. Dirty, dusty, cluttered, forklifts closely running by. You'd think after all the years that LA/Port have been in business that they'd have a nicer joint. Good thing the beer and service were on point. (423 characters)
