Bright golden-yellow in color, you don't expect this beer to be as aromatic at first pour, but it is. This beer's hops showcase more floral notes than than citrus, and that's a pleasant change from the ordinary. While I consider it a conservative IPA, the flavor has winks of greatness, depsite being mild by today's harsh IPA standards. The finish is clean, light, and memorable when so many other 'easy-going' IPAs aren't.
It's my first experience with Peekskill, and it was a great choice amoungst a sea of hipsters drinking PBRs.
Serving type: on-tap
