Served on-tap at The Jeffrey Craft Beer and Bites in New York, NY

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium yellow in color with light amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and some hints of golden yellow highlights. The beer had a quarter finger tall fizzy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a thin film evenly covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of hops - floral the strongest followed citrus/grapefruit. There a light notes of caramel and honey sweetness to the malts.

T: The beer starts out with light flavors of sweet caramel malts with just a touch of honey that is quickly followed by the moderate to strong flavors of the hops - citrus/grapefruit and floral. There are light amounts of bitterness which do not linger for long.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: Extremely easy to drink and has wonderful flavors and aromas from the hops without any overly aggressive amounts of bitterness. Very enjoyable and reminds me a ton of Ithaca Flower Power.

On-tap at The Jeffrey, New York, NY

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down but consistently left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Moderately strong aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is very citrusy and has associated flavors of oranges and grapefruits along with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very citrusy but is easy to drink because it doesn't have the strong bitterness commonly associated with other IPAs that have this type of flavor profile.

Served on tap at the brewery.

A: A golden orange with an inch of head

S: Citrus, some floral, grapefruit orange. Hops, hops and hops. I can't believe this is brewed in NY.

T: The taste pretty much follows up the smell. A citrus delight.

M: Carbonation is moderate

O: An absolute hop bomb. Easily one of the best IPAs I have ever had. This is right up there with the best of them. It's such a hop monster it seems more like a double.

On tap at the brewery.

Clear, shiny yellow pour. 1 inch head, visible carbonation.

Smells like it was brewed with Citra. Dank citrus fruits all up in my nose.

Tastes include orange, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, slight cattiness, flowers. The flavors could be slightly more pronounced, possibly. Low bitterness.

Medium all around for the mouthfeel- medium carbonation, body, and drinkability.

A very tasty hoppy beer, but Amazeballs and Higher Standard beat it out, IMO.
