on tap at Dutch Tavern, Saugerties, NY.
Shiny pale orange with lumpy off white froth.
Big orange wine gum nose with some flowers.
Bit of peach Danish with lots of Children's aspirin orange plus some cantaloupe.
Hard candy finish and powdery linger.
Light, round, slight chew.
Dangerous - way too light and drinkable for the strength. Very bright, fresh, and citrusy - IBUs to the rear. Subtle, and twinkly hops boost the body.
Keen to hear more about this brewery.

On tap at Peekskill.
Pale yellow pour, slightly hazy, with a thin white head that retained as a ringlet, lacing the glass slightly. Aroma was almost non-existent, slight notes of citrus pith, but nothing else. Not a good sign from an IPA on tap at the source. The taste was herbal, with some pithy bitterness, and largely bland, with a thin pale malt sweetness. Light-medium body, crisp mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Not a whole lot here that I found enjoyable...pretty weak for an IPA.
