Poured a slightly hazy medium straw hue with a one and a half finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured grainy, bready malts with a subtle noble hop spice.
The taste was very well balanced with a clean herbal noble hop highlighting the soft pilsner malt.
The mouthfeel was toward the softer end of the style.
Overall a tasty pils. Very quaffable.

64 oz growler. Thanks Thorpe!
Pours a clear, pale straw golden color with a thin white head that fades to a thin ring. Nose of grass, straw, lemon, tropical fruit rind and seed, and pale malt. Lighter medium body, well carbonated and a grassy, dry finish. Flavor is a little more hoppy than a typical pils, but the additional mild fruitiness works well in the body and finishes with a grassy and resiny bitterness.
