Collaboration with Crossroads Brewing Company and Stillwater Artisanal Ales, this Farmhouse ale was fermented in our coolship then heavily late hopped with Nelson Sauvin. A saison that is bone-dry, while showcasing notes of pepper, apple and pear.

This a brand new "collaboration brew, made with Crossroads Brweing Co. and Stillwater Artisinal Ales. Farmhouse ale fermented in the coolship, then heavily late hopped with Nelson Sauvin (hops). A saison that is bone-dry, while showcasing notes of pepper, apple and pear."

I enjoyed 2 happy hour pints at the brewery this afternoon with some Bluepoint oysters. Very tasty.

Freshy growler pours heavily clouded apricot under a looser off white head, that stays a bit a t the 1/2 inch level, then goes to a slight film, collar and leaves minor bits of lacing.

Ripe fruit nose, with notes of musty earth. some pepper, melon and apple.

Tasty saison, lots of pepper on the tongue, some dull lime, more melon, and and again a hint of some earthy must.

Complex and flavorful. More outstanding brew from the Peekskill Brewery (833 characters)

I've tasted many Farmhouse Ales, but I've never tasted one better than Flavor Saver, a collaboration with Stillwater that is just delicious. Poured out a cloudy golden yellow with a flavor profile that's uniquely pleasant. This stuff needs to be bottled and distributed. Get it out there! (288 characters)
