Thanks to CaveDave for sending this growler my way. Shared with my friend Justin (BA OKComputer). Poured into pint glasses. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with about an inch of off-white head that had good retention and light-to-moderate lacing.

The aroma led off with a lot of bright pine hops, then a bit of citrus. The Brett was was somewhat understated, and there was a very light grain foundation. The flavor profile was pretty similar, pine and citrus playing the leads, with light Brett and malt playing supporting roles.

The body was on the full side of medium, was nicely smooth, and the beer had a semi-dry finish. Drinkability was very good, the growler was gone very quickly, and we would have drank more. Overall, a pretty nice brew, one that we would drink with some regularity if it were available to us. Worth trying if you see it.

Notes from tasting at PB this aft.

Not a pretty beer, though it has a nice head for a while, sorta dull, tawny beige kinda. Cloudy and thick looking, but that is what gets the juices flowing for me in the look of a wild ale.

Really flavorful brett without any acetic notes, light hints of rounded tart are surrounded with some ripe peach and pear, even lighter hints of citrus, with other subtle scents that give this a great complexity.

Medium strength taste, with more bretty citrus that almost is hoppy, deep earthy tones, and some delicious fruity and funky flavors playing through it. Wish I had the palate to describe all of this, really a wonderful and complex taste that finishes dry and lightly funky for a just right sip.

Easy drinking, refreshing, just coating enough, and well hidden alcohol combine for a great mouthfeel.

Few brewers dare to do this straight up brett wild pale as the hormonal it can get impairs its drinkability. Not this one. This one is so drinkable and yummy I am certain I could drink a growler by myself, then crave more.

Growler procured at the source, filled into my Hill Farmstead half-growler. Poured into my Hill Farmstead over-sized wine glass.

Pours very hazy. Cloudy orange-beige color. 2 inch head. Very strong, pretty lacing all the way down the glass.

Smells like orange, pineapple, barnyard funk, earth, and grass.

Tastes very similar. Nice citrus flavors of orange and pineapple, with the added funk flavors imparted by the use of Brett. Some musty pear and apple, with a slight but welcome tartness. Really complex stuff here.

Very easy drinking, light bodied, low carbonation, refreshing.

A great wild pale ale from Peekskill. Would love to see more beers like this.

How PB describes it "An American Brett beer. Dry, Tropical, Earthy and all around- awesome!"

On tap at the brewery and then enjoyed at home from a growler, over the past 2 days.

Heavily hazed, dull apricot, luxorious and fine khaki head, leaving more then ample fine film , collar and sheets and stands of fine lace.

Hearty nose of earth, ripe fruit and lite dusty/mustyness. Yum

More of the same on the palate, simply soft, complex, flavorful and delicious with the earth/must/light funk dissolving in the mouth. Notes of ripe and bright grapefruit, melon, lime, with a bitingly dry and grapefuit infused finish. Softer carbonation, adds to drinkability.

The knowledgable server was also in love with this one, and confident it will get funkier/more sour as it ages. Hope she's right. Stunning and drinking super well right now. This needs to get brewed on a regular basis...

Well worth seeking out...more very high quality beer from PB
