Review from notes, got this beer every time I was there and it was on tap.

This beer was a cloudy straw color with a dense short white head which left a little lacing on the glass, but not much. Aroma was very tart lemon, and mildly fruity. Flavor was mildly funky, but mostly a bit of lemon and sour apple with some lactic sourness. Very refreshing and sour. Really nice dry crisp refreshing beer. Light mouthfeel with a good amount of carbonation. I could drink these all night, and on more than one occasion I did. This was hands down my favorite thing I had there this summer.

On tap at the brewery. Sampled with and without the syrup. In all honestly it's better with the syrup here, and I love a good berliner weiss. Poured a cloudy ornage with a white head that receded to nothing. Nose was fairly mild with some light fruit and grain. Mouth bursting with peach and lime, quite sour, wheat. A lot of nice citric acid and sourness. Very pleasant flavor profile but tending to be singular and flat in a way, not overly complex and not among the best berlinner weiss I've had.

Out of a growler on the late after work.

A- a stiff pour yields a good three fingers of bright white head that settles quickly and leaves just a small wisp on top. Hazy sunshine yellow in color.

S- tar lemon zest and crisp wheat. Light sweetness, a touch of funk, and a good yeasty hit.

T- opens up with a tart lemon juice punch with some sour green apple and a touch of funk. The wheat brings in just enough sweetness to balance things out a bit but never overpowering the killer tartness.

M- less then medium in body and lightly carbed. Great juicy pucker that pulls at the back of the mouth with gusto.

O- this is a spectacular berliner weisse, one of the best I've ever had. Earth has really hit one out of the park with this one. Wow!

After a few years of bugging the powers that be at Earth, finally A Berliner Weisse has been brewed. Thanks John..

A- Sophia is a slighty hazy yellow with spots of light gold, nothing in terms of head except for some skim on the surface, leaving no lace. Some bubble activity on the surface. Very hazy looking, cant see through it.

S- A bunch of wheat with yeast backing and a nice lemon zest. A touch of grassy scents while all together being rather acidic smelling and with a mild citrus appeal. This will open your eyes upon smelling.

T- Tartness up front going into a crisp wheat taste with yeast to boot. More tartness with a lemon flavor taking charge and some mild citrus notes. The lacto really shines and I can literally taste it

M- A very light bodied brew with a huge tartness all around if your into that kind of thing. I got some carb coming from this. Not something to gulp though as that would be to much. Acidic as all hell, lacto to the gills. A puckering bomb.

D- This is one of the lowest ABV on a beer that I've had in a while, but the tart acidic nature of this brew is two and through for me, my stomach lining is not what it used to be. I could feel the lacto taking hold of my guts after one pint. But all in all this is one of the more aggressive berliner's I've had with mad flavor and lacto. I love it!!
