An exceptional brew that appeals to consumers who don’t want to sacrifice character for a low-calorie light beer. Masterfully developed to maintain the full flavor profile akin to our flagship lager brand, but has only 99 calories per 12oz serving. Skillfully pairing a caramel malt flavor and mild hop character creates a beautifully rich-colored beer with deep amber highlights that finishes smooth and clean.

L: Pours a pale to deep gold color with excellent clarity. The pour gives two fingers of fine, white head with a bit of retention. After a few minutes the head has fallen to a 2 mm ring around the glass with an insubstantial, splotchy sheet occupying the interior. As the beer goes down it leaves a light spotty lacing on the glass.
S: Light notes of corn, light grainy caramel malt notes, light grassy hop character, and a hint of spice.
T: Following the nose I get light notes of toasted grain, a malty-sweet character, light notes of grass, and a light spice on the finish. As the beer warms I also start to get light notes of corn on the backend. Initial sweetness is cut nicely by the spice on the finish.
F: Light body with high carbonation. The mouthfeel starts smooth and turns crisp with a nice dry finish.
O: This one is a standard for the style. For a light lager this one has an expertly layered and subtle presentation of it's ingredients. The only negative for me is that as the beer warms the corn adjunct becomes more apparent, but I can't really ding it as this beer is not mean to be sipped. At just over 10 months old there is no oxidation apparent demonstrating excellent shelf stability. Easy drinking and flavorful for the style this one is highly recommended.

I bought a 12 pack of cans to compare to the big three light lagers. I like it better than Bud, Miller, or Coors light. I think it has a little more character. It's easy drinking and thirst quenching. I would describe the flavor as mildly bitter with a hint of sourness. It's surprisingly decent, even towards the bottom of the can. This is a good hot weather, fishing, lawn mowing, backyard BBQ beer. It's better than I expected, and1 I'd rather have a cooler of this for guests than the others. I just need to compare it side by side with Flight and Golden Pilsner.

My favorite mass market light beer.
Better than Coors Light, Bud Light and Miller Light.
It's your standard everyday beer. Perfect for hot summer days or drinking a six pack without worrying about calories.

Yuengling Light Lager, 4.0% - solid light beer with a nice caramel malt taste. If we were up at the camp you could slam these all day and still be able to walk when it got dark. Campfire and lager, baby!

L-Light copper color...good clarity.
S-More malty than most on the aroma..nutty notes..along with a hard water minerally impression
T-That mineral water impression is there along with hints of caramel and nuts. Indeed, it tastes like a lighter version of their full strength lager.
F-Light bodied but perhaps a touch fuller than most lite beers.
O-For a light beer this has a bit of flavor to it. I'm impressed with the low carb count on this too. There are more refreshing light beers available but this has a bit more flavor and character than most.

Poured from a can. Golden in color with a good sized white head. Smells of bread, malt, and honey. Flavors of biscuit, hints of an earthy background and caramel. For a low cal lager it's pretty good.

New to Oklahoma, Brewed in Ft. Worth
Appearance:
Light amber/gold, sudsy white head, tending toward larger bubbles, that struggles to lace but falls to thin layer.
Aroma:
Grainy, nutty, sweet, very low hop aroma
Flavor:
A weaker version of the traditional lager, slightly nutty, slight mineral twang, low bitterness but not too sweet.
Mouthfeel:
Light, nominal CO2, feels like a light beer should.
Overall:
Not bad, a good lawnmower/Bud Light alternative.
