I have been going to The Andersons for about three years now and they never disappoint. It's turned into a ritual where I hit The Andersons and follow it up with Whole Foods. For some reason The Andersons always has that "hard to find beer," the most recent example being Founders Double Trouble. I hit a few mom and pop/local stores with no success only to be surprised by The Andersons.
The quality & selection is always solid with your high end Alesmiths, Jolly Pumpkin, JW Lee's, etc. and of course the micro staples such as Bells, Founders, GLBC, DFH, etc.
I have never had to ask any questions and I rarely see any employees lurking in the beer aisle; though they are very evident in the wine sections.
The prices are about the same as you find at most stores. Definitely a good place to hit especially if the local/home grown stores don't have what you are looking for.

The Andersons was excellent. The atmosphere of the beer aisles (where I was hanging out) was just fine, there was a wine/cheese sampling going on... folks were casually perusing the aisles. While I wasn't checking around for dates/etc, all of the items I purchased were fresh (although the Bell's Expedition I picked up was about a year old, which is excellent). Several employees in the beer/wine section guiding patrons to their beers, and one particularly knowledgeable employee running about like a madman helping folks make their selections. I was asked several times if I needed a hand/etc. As far as I have heard, if it is distributed in OH then it is at The Andersons. Wonderful selection. Prices were on par with most I have seen.
