St. Paul is one of the latest arrivals to be found down in this beer deprived subcontinent (and by subcontinent i don't mean geographically like, south, central and north america, but rather as a measure of quality: we're sub-par at everything.)
the prettiest thing about this beer is the bottle, indeed a beautiful slim one, holding a decent liquid within.
pour is golden, slightly clouded with a frothy white head (which seemed shaken at first here).
smell right off is too subtle but by no means a bad one. skunky malted, even a bit of mould there. but not much else. seemed like a decent prelude to a decent belg pale ale, but by no means an indicator of greatness.
Taste is not at all bad, but not impressive. sure, sour-sweet wheaty feel but seemed rather watery throughout. thin bodied but well carbonated, discrete hoppy finish. the least impressive of the lot.

Pours in ok, but no great head and a white beer like apearance for the rest. Thick foggy clouwd in a golden beer.
Nose is koreander, sweet orange peals and malty. Taste is sweet, "wort" likemalty, koreander and harly any bitterness. Litle wheatsour but pale. Mouthfeel is quiet empty too, sweet litle wheatsour and harly any carbon dioxside tinkling. Drinkable but further no comments.

A: semi hazy, yellow with white creamy head. Some waste left on the glass. dissipates kind of quickly but remains a tiny layer
S: some citrusy, malt, low hop, i was expecting more floral and spicy
T: some citrusy, sweet fruitness, very low hop bitterness i would say kind of short on this style, some spicy at the end, semi dry finish

I bought this bottle direct at the shop beside this brewery. The brewery is situated in Meer and the beershop Bierparadijs is next to it.
Nice long green and thin bottles. Cloudy yellow fluid with only half a finger head. Carbonation in the mouth while drinking this beer. No lacing at all.
It is like you are drinking lemonade. Citruslike with a flat taste.
