The base beer for our Abascio-Cell series of barrel fermented wine grape sours. Pale golden in color and loaded with woody, white wine barrel character and a bright lemon accented acidity. Ideally served between 48F and 52F.

I enjoyed this from the bottle chilled in a glass.
thanks to stakem for picking this up for me.
The color is murky hazy light golden with quick dropping white head . The smell is tart with tangy fruity tropical sour aroma with an almost floral scent with an oaky vinous combination of earthy and fruity. The feel is tangy medium bodied moderately sour level with tannic woody element and semi-high carbonation with tangy tart juicy and light fruity citrus texture with subtle dry and astringent finish.
The taste is great it brings a very tangy lactic quality with tannic woody taste and some lemony flavor profile which is juicy and mix of sour and wood flavor is enjoyable with a slight juicy acidic and lingering tannic type taste with a pretty straightforward citrusy lemon and woody taste continuing after the swallow. Overall a wonderful light sour with lactic quality and very drinkable tangy summer quenching flavor. I would definitely drink this again if given the chance.
