Golden apricot hue with very little carbonation--absolutely no head.
From the crowler I get a gose like smell, a bit of sea salt or sea weed. Then in the glass, peach skin and a hint of barnyard funk.
Taste is hay, bread, and mostly tart fruit--a little grapefruit juice and mango, sort of like a mango lemonade, but not big mango. There's something bitter in the finish, like greens, but it's still like Tooty Frooties.
Tingly, light and refreshing, but I found myself taking it slow with this one--not as drinkable as it seems at first. I really don't get any alcohol whatsoever, I can't really believe this is 10%, in fact I don't think it's even half that. Typo?

Had on tap at the Golden Crust in Red Lion Pa. Nicely sour and citrus hoped. Very well balanced and funky saison. This one it's quite exceptionally made. Highly recommend.

Pours a bright and vibrant, cloudy yellow-orange color with two fat fingers of dense, bright-white head. Subtle aroma of peach flesh, peach skin and white pepper. Light tasting flavor follows the nose, with a nice, mouth-puckering sourness to it and a lacto/milky quality on the back end, and then a tart, dry finish. Light bodied and easy drinking. The nailed it with the amount of peach in here. It's the defining flavor, without being overbearing.
