Pours a slightly fogged amber with an off-white head that leaves a lot of lace. Kind of an earthy, leafy, pine thing going on here. This is named West Shore, but it seems more East Coast an IPA to me. Almost Double Simcoe-like? (I swear I didn't read the notes on this beer before I wrote that.) Not that I've had that recently. Anyways. An interesting brew from Pizza Boy, but not what you would expect judging from the name.

Pours a beautiful copper orange color. Off-white head with a little soapy texture. A whiff of this and you'll smell a ton of citrus aroma; grapefruit, tangerine, orange; wonderful smell. The taste is also very citrus oriented. Very well balanced, though; carmel malts round out the complex taste. Just a great IPA. One of my absolute favorites I have had so far. If you are anywhere in the Harrisburg/Central Pennsylvania area, Al's of Hampden / Pizza Boy is a must stop. Glad to support this local brewer.
